These are government fees. They are the same wherever you buy your registered agent service, and we pass them through without a markup.

Forming something new
Formation is handled by our affiliated law firm.
Apex Business Law, PLLC forms Maine entities on a flat legal fee — $1,000 for a single member, $1,200 for two, $1,500 for three — plus $225 in Maine filing and expedite charges at cost. Registered agent service is separate and billed by us.

Portfolios are quoted, not listed.
If you hold property through a stack of LLCs, or you manage entities on behalf of clients, per-entity list pricing is the wrong shape. We price the book, put every entity on one renewal date, and give you one bill a year.
