Why this exists

Registered agent service is usually sold as a mailbox. You pay for an address, and everything that makes the address useful — knowing when the report is due, actually filing it, keeping the record current — gets sold back to you as an add-on or left as your problem.

That model produces a predictable outcome. Entities lapse. Not because anyone was careless, but because the state does not send a reminder, the deadline is once a year, and the consequence surfaces months later — during a financing, a sale, or a bank asking for a certificate of good standing.

We built the service around the filing rather than the address. One annual price, the report prepared and filed, the state's fee passed through at cost, and the confirmation sent back to you. Nothing arrives by post, in either direction.

Where we operate

We accept appointments in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. We would rather cover a small footprint properly than list fifty states and quietly subcontract most of them.

• Maine — registered agent (clerk for corporations), annual report due June 1
• New Hampshire — registered agent, annual report due April 1
• Massachusetts — resident agent, annual report due the anniversary of your formation date
