For CPAs, attorneys, brokers and advisors

Your clients need a registered agent. You shouldn't have to be one.

Most advisors end up as the de facto compliance department for their clients' entities — fielding the annual report question every spring, getting served with things they never signed up to receive. Hand that piece to us and keep the relationship.

Why send them to us

The work you don't want, done properly.

Being someone's registered agent means being reachable during business hours, receiving service of process, and tracking a deadline the state will not remind anyone about. It is a real obligation and a poor fit for a practice that bills its time.

  • Your address stops being their address

Service of process, state notices, and the public record all move off you.

  • The annual report is actually filed

Not flagged, not reminded about — prepared, filed, and confirmed back to the client each year.

  • One migration, not fifty

For a book of entities we handle the whole move and report back as each one clears.

  • We stay in our lane

Registered agent and compliance filings. We are not pitching your clients on anything else.

The arrangement

We share revenue with the people who send us work.

There is a referral arrangement, and it is meaningful — but the right structure depends on whether you're sending the occasional new formation or moving an entire book across, so we'd rather talk it through than publish a number that fits nobody.

A short conversation covers the terms, how attribution works, and how you get paid. No obligation on either side.

Ask about the terms

Participants should satisfy themselves that a referral arrangement is consistent with their own professional and regulatory obligations.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

  1. 1

    We set you up

A short call, then you get a referral link and a code. Nothing to install and no portal you have to remember a password for.

  2. 2

    You send clients over

Share the link, or send us the entity details and we'll do the intake. Either way the client is attributed to you automatically.

  3. 3

We do the work and account to you

The client is onboarded, the filings get made, and you can see what's come in from you without asking.

Get in touch

Tell us a bit about your practice.

We'll come back within one business day with how the arrangement would work for the kind of clients you have.

Rather just talk?

Questions

What partners ask

How does a referral actually work?
You get a link and a short code. Send the link, or have the client mention the code — either way the client is attributed to you automatically, and you can see what's come in without chasing anyone for a spreadsheet.
What happens to my client after I refer them?
They deal with us for registered agent and annual report filing, and that is the whole scope. We are not looking for the rest of their work, and we don't market other services to them.
Do I have to send them somewhere and hope?
No. You can send the link and let them sign themselves up, or hand us the entity details and we'll take it from there. For a book of entities we'll do the whole migration and keep you copied in.
Is there a minimum?
No. Some partners send one entity a year and some send fifty. The arrangement is the same either way.
What about clients in a state you don't cover?
We currently take appointments in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. If a client is elsewhere, tell us and we'll say so plainly rather than taking on something we can't service properly.
